Stopped by the Whataburger on Unser in Rio Rancho and it was a disappointment. The burgers came out with cheese that wasn’t even melted—basically slapped on cold. The fries were cold and stale, like they’d been sitting around way too long. Overall, the food felt rushed and careless. This location seriously needs to work on quality and temperature control. Not what I expect from Whataburger.

I eat at Whataburger a LOT, as a native Texan, it's just comfort food. I eat at pretty much every Whataburger in town...
...but THIS Whataburger is the BEST!
It's always clean, service is always excellent, and the Michael (I believe he's the manager) is always very friendly, nice and takes care of things.
As a business owner, I recognize good leadership..clearly this location has excellent leadership. The staff are all in good spirits all the time and everything is done wonderfully.
Bottom line, somebody give these people a raise!

Can't believe the MOD had no idea how to process a refund for an order that never was delivered. Now I'm out 40 bucks..
I’m giving this only two stars because out of all the locations in Albuquerque this one is by far the slowest it’s considerably slower than any other location and you wait forever in the drive-through every time it never fails. I don’t understand why this one is so slow.

We frequent this location often, but this evening, Daniel was the cashier. His customer service is top notch, especially for a fast food restaurant. He made sure our order was correct, he was very friendly with everyone in the seating area as well as those he was waiting on. As a customer, I wanted you all to know what a great employee you have working for you!!

This place has totally fallen off recently. 2 weeks ago I got a Buffalo Ranch Sandwhich that was 98% ranch. Today I’m missing a part of my order. They need better quality control.
