I went right after lunch today for my daughter and I and it was awful! The wings were no where near cooked and the French fries were overcooked 🥺😔I've also went to a location in Albuquerque and it was very similar.

Tried to visit the the Arnold, MO location and our family was kicked out as soon as we walked in. An empty restaurant and told us they are on a 2 hour wait and to leave bc they are understaffed.... won't be back. went to BWW instead!

Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

Saturday the 8th, I placed a very large order of bone in wings. Hot and lemon pepper, 200 total. Also 2 large of the cheesy fries and 2 large regular. I picked the time to pick up for 1:30. At 1:30, I sent my son in-law in to get it. He promptly came out with a huge box. It was so very professionally packaged. Aluminum pans with lids, for the wings. Just perfect, to put in the oven, on warm. We all enjoyed the day. Thank you ever so very much for such professional service. I will definitely will be back. Sincerely, TWG

The people here that work are incredibly rude ! You can be the most respectful and polite when asking something or talking to them and they will always respond back with attitude! I notice the black guy with the duey is rude skinny guy , please learn to be polite at a job YOU choose to work at !
