Unfortunately my elderly mother was so disappointed with her visit to Roswell location. They are regulars and drive an hour to have a nice meal. Not last night. . My dad and her male waiter was horrible. He ignored their table; did not check on them after they order, no drinks refills for mom and no meal for mom because he forgot about them and didn't bring her order until they finally flagged him down and asked about her order which had been sitting in the firing window the whole time. Nor did He care to apologize for their wait. ☹️

My overall experience was 4 star. The chicken fried steak was great. The salad bar was disappointed in the little corns tasted sour as in going bad. Informed waiter but didn't seem to worry about it. The experience with our waiter overall was very disappointing. Anytime we needed anything, he would always respond negatively for example asked for more bread he stated well your gonna have to wait a few minutes gotta take their order first which is perfectly fine but we didn't need to hear about it. Him, just stating I will bring that right out. Anything else I can get for you?

Definitely worth a visit if you're in Roswell! Our server, Sebastian, took care of us. Top notch service. He recommended the Alien Ale, a New Mexican Amber ale, which was the perfect conclusion to a long day. The Green Chile stew was rich and flavorful and the salad bar was stocked with everything you'd ever want. Everything was fresh. Don't skip this place.Vegetarian options: Salad bar.

We have only dined twice for more than the salad bar. The salad bar is always a great dining choice, not to mention that it is the only one in town. The entrees are always fresh and well-stocked. The restaurant is clean and for the most part a very quiet dining experience. Service is always very good and worthy of a good tip.

Amazing salad buffet, steak was ok. The negative surprise came at the end: paying with credit cards is an additional 3 or 4 % add on. Of course our waiter didn’t tell us about it before. We learned then many places in Roswell are doing this now ?
Everything was amazing and the staff was super nice and helpful. I had the steak which was cooked perfectly. The "kids" hamburger is massive and very affordable.

Tried this steakhouse because or reviews. Meal was good, not great. My steak was done perfectly, but was not top quality beef. Excellent baked sweet potato. My husband had chopped steak done perfectly but wished he had asked the gravy to be left off, just his preference. He also had a Caesar salad which was very good. The atmosphere was great and the service excellent. Beck was our server and she was wonderful. A good experience except the steak could have been of better quality. Still a good recommend.
