We were recommended this place from one of the local shop owners. We had a great experience and service. Shout out to Terry our waiter. Best service we have yet on our cross country trip. Salad bar was amazing, fried cheese sticks were cooked perfectly, green posole was spicy and good, My wife’s steak was cooked perfectly and my CFS was tender and crispy. We would highly recommend this restaurant and will return when we come back to Roswell.
Thank you Karen & team for an amazing day today to celebrate our Dad's 90th birthday. We loved the private dining area, the amazing food, the friendly & warm staff and our special waiter, George. Our guests were in awe. We highly recommend CBD for such functions; they do not charge venue- or corkage fee and it is thus highly affordable and good value for money.
Our server (Isaiah) was awesome. Best mozzarella sticks I've ever had. Salad bar was great. Our steaks and baked potatoes could not have been more perfect. We plan to visit the cattle Baron every time we come to Roswell.

Cattle Baron is a reliable restaurant known for its excellent service and friendly staff. The building is well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. The salad bar is a standout, and the ribs are described as "off the bone good." The Manhattan cut of the New York strip was a unique surprise, and the prime rib has been praised as the best anyone has had anywhere. Although one steak was overcooked, the other was perfectly tender. Service can sometimes have hiccups, especially on busy nights, but the staff often goes above and beyond. For example, a server named Larissa Madrid demonstrated exceptional kindness by ensuring a correct order and refusing to leave until it was right, even though she was not the customer's waitress. She was highly appreciated and even remembered after the visit. Overall, the restaurant offers delicious food, including a fantastic salad bar, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a recommended place for an enjoyable dining experience.
