“We were recommended this place from one of the local shop owners. We had a great experience and service. Shout out to Terry our waiter. Best service we have yet on our cross country trip. Salad bar was amazing, fried cheese sticks were cooked perfectly, green posole was spicy and good, My wife’s steak was cooked perfectly and my CFS was tender and crispy. We would highly recommend this restaurant and will return when we come back to Roswell.“

“We were traveling from AZ to OK! Had been on the road since 3:30 a.m. I went on line to see about a good restaurant and found this one! The closed sign was up, but we didn’t see it! They seated up anyway! ? Martha was a very, very good waitress and was so nice! Made our lunch very special! We only come thru once a year, but we will be back! Chips and salsa were the best we’ve ever had followed by taco salad and quesadillas! Servings were very generous and we had quesadillas to take with us!“

“Julie’s is OPEN. Yelp and others have said it’s closed, but it’s definitely open. We moved to Roswell in July and had heard the best burger in town was there, but it was closed down. That was temporary.

Today I drove by, the driver thru speaker is down, but at the window is a menu and someone sure enough opened the window and took my order.

We ordered supreme nachos (beef) and a green chile cheese burger which they’re famous for, and some onion rings.

Since moving from Austin, TX a foodie of a town if there is one, to NM all I heard was try a green chile burger. I have a few times and was far from impressed. Not today.

Today I had what has to be the best green chile cheese burger in town, maybe the State, maybe the planet. It’s not a good looking burger, it’s a tasty delight however.

I did take a picture of the onion rings. They’re excellent and a hefty portion.

I highly recommend and will be back often, they just earned two regulars in my wife and I.“

“The server was wonderful. The manager checked in on me and made a suggestion of a new menu item and I was thoroughly impressed! The music in the background was upbeat enough to make the atmosphere enjoyable without being too loud. I would definitely eat here again, if not for the menu item!“

“Server was very polite but seemed to be the only server, she asked her manager, Chris for help to which he walked away with her following him saying she needed help. She was overwhelmed but very polite and professional. A blonde girl came out with a cart and started cleaning tables and helping the girl, the manager came out of the back with another cart and saw the girl cleaning tables and asked our server why she was on the floor, the manager went to the girl and told her something and she walked away to the other side of the restaurant. I'm not sure why our server had to ask another girl, (whom I'm pretty sure worked at a restaurant because she was cleaning the tables like she knew what she was doing) instead of the manager just helping her instead of going to the back and not helping her“
