I had the two meat plate with chicken and ribs. The chicken was really dry and a little tough. The ribs were very fatty. The BBQ sauce had a good flavor but only average.They we're busy when I arrived close to closing time but the service was still pretty good.
Rib Crib is a mixed bag of awesome and not so awesome. Yesterday was awesome. The meal was well prepared and by mistake they got crinkle cut fries in their shipment instead of the normal fries ( that are eh) but these were great! Wish y’all could make them the norm. Ok enough about the fries, ribs, brisket and hot links….. oh and onion rings were perfect. Service was very good and attentive.

Took my three teenage granddaughters for BBQ today and the food, the service, the entire experience was fantastic!! And KUDOS to the cook-team for going above and beyond to make my Pig-Man sandwich I ordered with no bread look AMAZING and so inviting! I really appreciate the extra care to pile my meat on a bed of onions and pickles (which I asked for extra of both) and roll the pickle on top for that extra touch!! ?
