Took my three teenage granddaughters for BBQ today and the food, the service, the entire experience was fantastic!! And KUDOS to the cook-team for going above and beyond to make my Pig-Man sandwich I ordered with no bread look AMAZING and so inviting! I really appreciate the extra care to pile my meat on a bed of onions and pickles (which I asked for extra of both) and roll the pickle on top for that extra touch!! ?
Disappointing. Brisket was gray, no smoke ring, little bark, no smoke flavor. Baby backs were not smokey, no ring. Bones were very soft. I'm no expert, but I question whether either one was actually BBQed. Rings were good, potato salad was fine, tasted commercial. Got my order to go, but used the bathroom, not the cleanest. Front staff who helped me were very friendly and helpful. Doubt I'd come back.

I had the two meat plate with chicken and ribs. The chicken was really dry and a little tough. The ribs were very fatty. The BBQ sauce had a good flavor but only average.They we're busy when I arrived close to closing time but the service was still pretty good.

Food was great I'm usually super picky about bbq having a lot of fatty meat but this meat was almost close to perfect and the service was okay I asked the server for a tea and she said it wasn't ready and would only be 4 minutes but then my food came right before my drink which was weird to believe my food was faster made than a tea but other than being thirsty the food was amazing
Rib Crib is a mixed bag of awesome and not so awesome. Yesterday was awesome. The meal was well prepared and by mistake they got crinkle cut fries in their shipment instead of the normal fries ( that are eh) but these were great! Wish y’all could make them the norm. Ok enough about the fries, ribs, brisket and hot links….. oh and onion rings were perfect. Service was very good and attentive.
