“We were traveling from AZ to OK! Had been on the road since 3:30 a.m. I went on line to see about a good restaurant and found this one! The closed sign was up, but we didn’t see it! They seated up anyway! ? Martha was a very, very good waitress and was so nice! Made our lunch very special! We only come thru once a year, but we will be back! Chips and salsa were the best we’ve ever had followed by taco salad and quesadillas! Servings were very generous and we had quesadillas to take with us!“

“Popular place in Roswell. I make a lot of refried beans, so I need a good salsa verde and a good tortilla to enjoy my toasted bean and cheese burritos. They have both. I do prefer Sonora style tortillas (very thin and made with lard) but this place is good enough. I hope they offer Sonora style tortillas soon.“

“Hadn’t been to Martin’s cafe in years. Decided to check it out again after running across their ad online. The building hadn’t changed much and the interior was still nice. I’d heard about their blue corn tortilla enchilada plate so the wife and ordered that. Our waitress was cheerful and polite. After what seemed a short period of time our meal arrived. Words cannot express how wonderful the enchilada plate looked, smelled and most of all TASTED! The red and green chile is awesome and the chips and salsa are fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back from here on.“

“I had the Super Big Breakfast Burrito with ham and green chillies. I like sloppy burritos, but I like clean looking ones even more. When I opened this one, the eggs looked so good and clean, and the other items in it were very fresh. It was not greasy at all. I added the roasted salsa and the green salsa to it and it was soooo gooood!!! My friend got hers with asada meat and she keeps talking about how great her burrito was, too.“

“This place my goodness is amazing! It's one of mine and my husband's favorite places to eat, everything we try is always so good never disappointed. Fast friendly clean definitely recommend trying out.“

“I just have to say that that Popo's Restaurant offers very authentic Mexican food I have always enjoyed coming here they recently lost a family member dear friend of Roswell and owner of Popo's but the family continues to share his contribution and food service to the community and overall I love the experience I love the food and for me knowing Popos for many years and his family continuing to serve Roswell with his name still attached to this restaurant makes it platform of Roswell offers being a local I never hesitate to stop and grab something to go is very affordable and the food is excellent I just want to thank you“

“I am from Hobbs and traveled to Roswell for an appt. So I am not very familiar with Roswell. I was googling mexican food restaurants and this one popped up, read the reviews and decided to give them a try. Let me tell you!!!!!! The BEST, BEST, BEST Birria Quesa tacos ever!!!!! (I'm picky when it comes to these) Full of flavor!! I also ordered the asada fries and they were also delicious!! But wait, if you want a DELICIOUS AGUA FRESCA (like made from HOME) THIS IS THE PLACE!!!🙌 La agua de frutas and horchata were AMAAAAZZING!!!! You can taste the natural flavors of the fruit! You need to try them for yourselves! El Guerrero did not disappoint!“

“Staff is excellent I didn't know what to order there was so many options. I ordered the best burrito I've eaten. You just pick what you want and they make it. The flour tortillas tasted just like the my grandmother's.“

“Asado Burrito is EXCELENT! Tortilla is perfectly supple and homemade style (idk if they make or are made local) people who said otherwise must have hit a bad day. They were super nice and quick, only problem is it is too close to where I work I may be there way too often!“

It is near the airport so on top of good food it is super convenient for the air races. Prices seem very cheap but that may be because I am in an overpriced area. Highly recommend for breakfast on the go.“

“First time trying NMBC, it was pretty good, burritos are a decent size. The salsa and green chili wasn’t very hot at all, although it had a good flavor. One of two ladies in the kitchen wasn’t so nice, but still got our food lol. The other lady was super friendly though. Would stop here again.“

“I came in early asking for Shrimp Cocktail. I was not disappointed. The dish was a cool, refreshing mix of shrimp, avocado cucumber, jalapeno, cilantro, spices and tomato juice. Lime, pico de gayo, and onion were served on the side. No carbs, No suger. This was perfect for a hot day.
