Popular place in Roswell. I make a lot of refried beans, so I need a good salsa verde and a good tortilla to enjoy my toasted bean and cheese burritos. They have both. I do prefer Sonora style tortillas (very thin and made with lard) but this place is good enough. I hope they offer Sonora style tortillas soon.
Mmmmm tasty! I think we got the last chicken tamales for the day. So good. Got a tub of green salsa, spiced us out in the best way. Grab and go bag of 6 tamales, yay!
If you’re ever passing through Roswell, this tortilla spot is one of those places you end up going back to without even thinking about it. I’ve stopped here several times just to grab fresh corn and flour tortillas, and they never disappoint. They’re soft, warm, and taste homemade in the best way—nothing like store-bought.

Their green Chile chicken tamales are a standout, and their pork tamales are huge and filled with wonderful flavor. With a great masa/meat ratio, they're worth the money. The restaurant also offers the best corn tortillas in the USA, perfect for taking home. The staff is respectful, and the atmosphere is kid-friendly, making it a great spot for families.
