I went on vacation around March and we came across this restaurant and while there’s not much to choose from and Roswell as far as Latino cuisine I can definitely say I was impressed.I have course chose the healthier option of spinach enchiladas and was surprised when he asked me if I wanted an egg with that which is kind of strange but I went ahead and said sure.If I make it over here again I will definitely stop by.

I only have 4 ? for "atmosphere" because I always order to go. BUT... they get my big orders right every time!! I'll order 6 whole fried chickens plus all the fixings and 3+ pounds of Carne asada, and they never fail me!!
