I went on vacation around March and we came across this restaurant and while there’s not much to choose from and Roswell as far as Latino cuisine I can definitely say I was impressed.I have course chose the healthier option of spinach enchiladas and was surprised when he asked me if I wanted an egg with that which is kind of strange but I went ahead and said sure.If I make it over here again I will definitely stop by.

I'm not going to complain about the food too much. The chiken is good a bit dry, the beans are to spicy. The rice has no flavor. And the service is absolute awful ?... I have since bought my own grill so I won't be going back. Sorry. Very poor customer service...
