“they were out of the green chili stew, no biggy. They offered a refund or a swap to the potato stew - we went with the potato stew. We got home (10 min drive) and dug in, but the stew tasted super weird... extra vinegar flavor. otherwise everything is always really good here. Will be back!“

“Party of four. All orders were made fresh and was probably the best meal I've had at an LJS. Cashier was friendly and was very familiar with the menu. A/C was blowing a bit cold which caught our attention as the dining room was chilly. Overall good experience. We will be back next time we fly into or out of Roswell airport.“

“I visited this store on a late weeknight and had bought some eggs, jalapenos, and tomatos after calling to confirm if this store carried those items. The lady who answered was very kind and friendly, which I think Southern NM is known for. When I got to the counter with my things, I asked the male cashier if they had any avocados but he explained to me as to why they hadn't had any. I'm surprised at how informative he was.On another occasion, another late weeknight, I walked into the store to purchase a dark chocolate bar. Unfortunately, payday hadn't come for me yet so I had to bring my quarters, nickels, and pennies. The woman at the counter was patient to watch me count out the change. “Tasty. A little skimpy on the lettuce. I didn't pay attention or I would have asked for more. Lol. Right amount of dressing. I asked for Honey Mustard, at least if they drench it, it's not eye-squint tart like regular mustard. Great on Black Forest ham & provolone, toasted, lettuce, tomato, red onion & jalapeño.“
