“The beer was delicious! I had the Santa Fe 7k IPA. I did not expect to like it since I typically dont enjoy IPAs. However this was amazing! They give free samples of all their beers but they DONT do flights. (Unfortunately) if they did flights I'd give em 6 stars! Lol! Ill definitely some back and try even more beers. Their bar food is good! I had the green Chile cheese fries! Delicious beer cheese and New Mecico green chilies! Doesn't get much better than that! This is a great brewery with a funny attention getting name! Drop in and check it out!“

“What a fantastic experience! This charming New Mexican restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip to Roswell. We were actually recommended this place by the owners of a local gift shop, and we’re so glad we took their advice.

From the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone made us feel right at home, more like family than customers. The conversations alone made the visit memorable, especially hearing the gentleman share the history of Roswell and talk about local happenings around town.

The food was delicious from start to finish, and the chips and salsa were truly “out of this world.” We were also told we had to try the sopapillas, so we took two to go, and they absolutely hit the spot later on.

If you find yourself in Roswell, you really can’t go wrong stopping here. Highly recommended!“

“The atmosphere here is fantastic. We walked in late after a long day traveling and were greeted by live music and pleasant staff. We also loved the beef wellington bites and all of the Pecos red blend wines. Stop in for a drink or a bite and you won't be disappointed!“

“I had the Super Big Breakfast Burrito with ham and green chillies. I like sloppy burritos, but I like clean looking ones even more. When I opened this one, the eggs looked so good and clean, and the other items in it were very fresh. It was not greasy at all. I added the roasted salsa and the green salsa to it and it was soooo gooood!!! My friend got hers with asada meat and she keeps talking about how great her burrito was, too.“

“We were recommended this place from one of the local shop owners. We had a great experience and service. Shout out to Terry our waiter. Best service we have yet on our cross country trip. Salad bar was amazing, fried cheese sticks were cooked perfectly, green posole was spicy and good, My wife’s steak was cooked perfectly and my CFS was tender and crispy. We would highly recommend this restaurant and will return when we come back to Roswell.“

“Server was very polite but seemed to be the only server, she asked her manager, Chris for help to which he walked away with her following him saying she needed help. She was overwhelmed but very polite and professional. A blonde girl came out with a cart and started cleaning tables and helping the girl, the manager came out of the back with another cart and saw the girl cleaning tables and asked our server why she was on the floor, the manager went to the girl and told her something and she walked away to the other side of the restaurant. I'm not sure why our server had to ask another girl, (whom I'm pretty sure worked at a restaurant because she was cleaning the tables like she knew what she was doing) instead of the manager just helping her instead of going to the back and not helping her“

“I came in early asking for Shrimp Cocktail. I was not disappointed. The dish was a cool, refreshing mix of shrimp, avocado cucumber, jalapeno, cilantro, spices and tomato juice. Lime, pico de gayo, and onion were served on the side. No carbs, No suger. This was perfect for a hot day.
The young ladies that helped me were kind and patient.“
