I am from Hobbs and traveled to Roswell for an appt. So I am not very familiar with Roswell. I was googling mexican food restaurants and this one popped up, read the reviews and decided to give them a try. Let me tell you!!!!!! The BEST, BEST, BEST Birria Quesa tacos ever!!!!!
