Get the birria !! So delicious we ended up coming back up for seconds !! We came around a slow time (5pm ish) and did not have any issues with the wait time. The lady who served us was polite. Will definitely be coming back here!!
This is the only food truck we visit in town because the food and service is fantastic. We always get the carne asada and al pastor tacos and the carne asada fries with red and green salsa and a couple of Fresca’s but all their food is delicious and most importantly their salsa is spicy. Don’t believe the bad reviews. If the wait is long it’s obviously because the food is great and if you think the service sucks that’s probably a you problem. We found this amazing food truck after a day of touring Roswell. It was sooooo great! The tacos were amazing and the price was so reasonable. We sat at the picnic tables in the warm sun on a cool March day. Perfection.Thanks El Guerrero for the wonderful end to our visit.
