We were traveling from AZ to OK! Had been on the road since 3:30 a.m. I went on line to see about a good restaurant and found this one! The closed sign was up, but we didn’t see it! They seated up anyway! ? Martha was a very, very good waitress and was so nice! Made our lunch very special! We only come thru once a year, but we will be back! Chips and salsa were the best we’ve ever had followed by taco salad and quesadillas! Servings were very generous and we had quesadillas...read full review
seven out of five stars. Truly, the rest of Roswell has a new high bar. ceviche on point, carne asada burrito to perfection just hot enough. shredded beef taco salad was crazy good! not just a bunch of lettuce with some beef. this thing was constructed for people who eat. and love food.

Geli's Mexican Restaurant offers amazing food with top notch flavor. The ambiance is amazing, awesome, and one of the most beautiful restaurant settings. The red enchiladas are the best in Roswell with amazing flavor, and the ceviche is on point. The carne asada burrito is to perfection, and the shredded beef taco salad is crazy good, constructed for people who eat and love food. The food is chef's kiss, delicious, and a must while in Roswell. The price is fair for how much is received, and the restaurant is a new high bar for Roswell. The staff is super kind, sweet, and personable. The owner is super nice. Service is excellent, even for a to go order, and when arriving 45 minutes before closing, the staff said no worries. This is a go to restaurant.
