We went during a slow time but our server was attentive. The salad bar was definitely worth it. The steak was perfection and the environment was relaxing. We couldn’t finish our plates so we certainly got our monies worth. I would stop by again if I’m in the area.
Found this place on line and saw it has a “legendary salad bar” and yes it was sooo yummy, service was just as awesome. Hubby had chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes, I had the salad bar with a cup of green chili stew and both of us were extremely satisfied
What an amazing experience after a terrible day of travel. I never meant to be in Roswell, but here I am! I went to cattle baron after a hotel and driver suggestion. I was immediately greeted by a host and here cute family who was visiting her. I was promptly sat, then had just the most wonderful service you could ask for from Bobbie. I had the suggested bacon wrapped grilled shrimp appetizers and the filet mignon and baked potato. A chocolate cake to finish it off. Everything...
