He roasts the beans on-site daily, using Guatemalan beans that are rich and tasty. They also make their own syrups. The coffee is great, with the dark chocolate mocha being perfection. An iced latte and a cold brew with homemade vanilla syrup were also exceptional. For those who do not like coffee, there is absolutely delicious hot chocolate made from gourmet dark chocolate. The atmosphere is cute, cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff is super friendly. This is a favorite coffee shop and a must-visit in Roswell.
