We ordered our food 40 mins in advance, food wasn't ready after 40+ mins and we also ordered gluten free due to our kids having celiacs. The pizza was gluten free but they forgot to remove the crutons from the salad and also the cucumbers. My girlfriend is also allergic to cucumbers along with gluten. And now we are terrified to order, we were close to having to go to the emergency room. We strongly advise people to reconsider, this restaurant is not considerate when it comes to allergies and may end up killing one of their customers!

UPDATE: I got an apology but this was it. I had to go home and eat my pizza cold because it was late and I was getting allergy testing done I didn’t want to argue with the worker Thor for more when she didn’t even ask me how many I wanted I was tired I had been given allergy meds and cream for my scrape test. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
Pizza looks delicious! And the drive thru guy and the one that brought out our pizza was nice. We got a large pizza and are feeding 4 people. I went back in to ask for peppers and Parmesan cheese the girl in the front literally gave me 1 of each. If she wanted me to pay for them I would have but I figured since we go to the one in Lubbock all the time that this one wouldn’t be so greedy. I more than likely won’t be a returning customer to the Roswell location. Pictures for proof. The date is December 4th 2025 and the time of my pick up is 4:50pm.

Today I bought the 6 inch turkey sub. It was good but I've noticed there is always less meat than before. Even the lettuce is not as much as before. The first time I got one it was loaded. And honestly I saved some for later. Now, surprisingly I finished one. Normally that's impossible! I keep going back hoping it wasn't just a fluke. It might be time to give subway another try.
