I haven't eaten at this IHOP since I lived in Roswell 11 years ago until now. The food was quite good then & it was always packed. Not so this time. The food was adequate, but that's about the best I can do. The restrooms were a wreck, needed cleaning & repairs. The atmosphere has not changed since it was built. Service, excellent. Our waitress was very attentive & friendly. There are better breakfast restaurants in Roswell.

First let me say I have only ever had 1 other rude waitress at any IHOP I have ever visited. The food is usually pretty good never bad. Also would like to mention I only left 3 stars because the other part of my breakfast was good and everybody else also enjoyed their food. I want to mention I never, never, never leave a bad review only good ones, but... last night we had the worst service. We sat down the waitress was semi polite although she was complaining about her day. Ok,...
