La Sierra Mesquite Smoked BBQ

This is the best place in town for bbq!! Ordered brisket and pulled pork for dinner tonight and it did not disappoint! 10 out of 10 all the way!

I've had a few BBQs in New Mexico and most are nothing special. This one however was phenomenal! The ribs and brisket are exactly what you expect when going to a good BBQ place. Each bite was packed with flavor!

We stopped here while driving through town on a road trip and the food was AMAZING. A must go. The flavors were incredible and everything was cooked perfectly. Everyone there was also really friendly and great. We personally got the pulled pork, ribs, fried okra, Mac and cheese, cheese sticks, and corn dog nuggets but I can’t imagine going wrong with anything there. We enjoyed everything and wish we got more. Fried okra I will say was everyone’s favorite (best we ever had, and we always get it) and the portions were great too! Please go support them

When you walk in you can just smell how good the food is going to be, my wife and I came in from Texas and wanted some good barbecue and I would say this is better than Texas barbecue! What a great experience!

I really needed some great BBQ! I have the Brisket sandwich and loaded Baked Potato. Had a side of Mac and cheese. The 2 corn buskers were baked in house. The Mac and cheese was not overpowering and tasteful. Now to the most important part, I liked their beef Brisket. Color change on the meat and the smell of mesquite in the air. This place rocks. I would recommend and like to stop by again.

Phenomenal BBQ, if a little pricey. The brisket was probably the best I've tasted!

Don't let the exterior deceive you – we almost did! Inside, this place is clean, well-organized, and decorated well. Now, the BBQ ribs, brisket, and sausage combo? Absolutely fantastic! The meat was incredibly tender and fell right off the bone. The jalapeno poppers were also a hit. We noticed many customers were placing to-go orders, which speaks volumes. If you're in Roswell, this is the place to eat. Plenty of parking too, right on the main street.
