My fav restaurant, I loved all the entrees under "New Mexican Italian", their green chile entrees are the best and they are actually spicy too, the manicotti and green chile alfredo are my favorites! All of their desserts are sooo good too creme brulee is nu fav.
This is the best Italian restaurant I've had in a long time, and they have original dishes too. I had their special Green Chili Chicken Alfredo dish which was great. You should try it.
The dine in experience at pasta cafe was wonderful. The management of this restaurant and service makes me want to return and invite all my friends to eat. This establishment is truly a Roswell gem. Thank you
