Amazing food and the staff was wonderful. We came for a week vacation through New Mexico and Popo’s was hands down the best food we had for our trip. The staff was so friendly, the food was perfect. Best salsa and green chile. Truly appreciated the Granddaughter taking the time to tell us her Grandfather owned the place and how the family worked there together. Thank you for a great experience and the best Mexican Food for our family vacation. (Also super budget friendly pricing! Amazing prices really!!)

The only thing that was good was the service
Food was terrific. I got the steak and burrito plate, the number 12, and it was amazing. Also ORDER THE SOPAPILLAS!!! They are delicious. Friendly waitresses, small-town atmosphere with friendly chatter in the back kitchen.
I always stop here every time I'm in Roswell New Mexico. Is a cozy little place.

My wife went missing shortly after we ate dinner at Popos. It has been over a year and I miss her so much. I took here there for our anniversary dinner and we both ordered the been fajitas, they were amazing! The guacamole was so fresh and flavorful and they make a mean margarita too! If anyone has any information about what happened to my wife please contact me or the Roswell police department.
