Place is kind of run down. Same chairs & tables for many years. Worn down.

Amazing food and the staff was wonderful. We came for a week vacation through New Mexico and Popo’s was hands down the best food we had for our trip. The staff was so friendly, the food was perfect. Best salsa and green chile. Truly appreciated the Granddaughter taking the time to tell us her Grandfather owned the place and how the family worked there together. Thank you for a great experience and the best Mexican Food for our family vacation. (Also super budget friendly pricing! Amazing prices really!!)

The only thing that was good was the service
Food was terrific. I got the steak and burrito plate, the number 12, and it was amazing. Also ORDER THE SOPAPILLAS!!! They are delicious. Friendly waitresses, small-town atmosphere with friendly chatter in the back kitchen.
Bad service, weird business hours, bland slopped on the plate food and NO Mexican Coke! There are better restaurants in Roswell.
I always stop here every time I'm in Roswell New Mexico. Is a cozy little place.
Excellent food and service. Super friendly folks. Looking forward to visiting again the next time we're in town.
