We were having trouble ordering our food, and none of the employees would answer headset. We contacted the manager Teagen and he drove all the way from his house just to take our order and he gave us a discount. This young man is holding this store together, he needs a raise!

The food was good, but I while at the drive up order board and after pushing the button, I waited several minutes, and never did get a response. I eventually had to use the drive through to get service.

I ordered off the mobile app after getting to the store everything in my order was wrong, luckily I got ahold of Megan whom is the manager at the Sonic on Main Street, she was great so kind she showed such great customer service, definitely someone you want as a manager on ur team. She then gave me her supervisors number: (Dinito) whom was more than eager to correct all the mishaps from the previous experience. They remade our order and I am going to pick it up now!
