We went to subway on 2nd st in roswell nm. I was greeted with sarcasm and a rude staff member. I found a finger nail in my sandwich. I was refunded my money only to be attact again by the same person. As we were leaving. He banned us from going back to this location. We don't plan on going back. My husband heard me asking him what his problem with me was.. he said we needed to throw the trash. I had already taken the food I was eating back to him. I told my husband to leave his meal there so they could show management that the 2nd meal was also not eaten. He then told my husband that he would meet him outside. Words were exchanged . He took pictures of our vehicle and said the video was recording.well I hope they look at it. I'll meet with district manager or store manager anytime. Employees need to be better trained at customer service and respect of people.

We were ordering from here when they had the bogo deal. It was always so good. This last time I paid full price and it was terrible. I'm pretty sure someone isn't rotating. The veggies were stinky and soggy. $20 buck for 2 crappie subs. What a bummer. I order online and pick up. Hopefully yall can fix this because when everything is clean and fresh there's a huge difference.

I might go there again because my First Visit was so Great!! Im a person who believes in getting what you pay for!! This last visit was anything but that!! Ordered a Italian BMT.and a Coldcut combo,Footlongs..I don't have much money right now and no car so i walked about 2 miles to get my Order,Well i got home and one sub had only Bacon and veggies on it.The other only had Bologna cheese and Veggies!!! I paid $20 For that i was so Mad i couldn't even eat it..Even gave a 15% tip...Don't k kw what happened but it happened make sure you watch them make your sandwich because if you don't then this could happen too you!! Been eating g at SUBWAY for years and this was the first time I've ever had something like this happen!!! There where NO sandwich artist on this day!!! Maybe they need more training!!!
