You know subways have gotten a bad reputation in the media lately but I think people just don't know what to order and often over complicate their orders. I had the all American club and let the restaurant suggest most of the add one for me and it was great. This subway was also shockingly cleaner than most other subways or any restaurants in the area for that matter. Highly recommended A+ 5*

The LADYS that work here are so kind and give amazing service. The bald white guy however was rude and snarky. His customer service was bad and he honestly made my experience terrible. Usually I love this subway but not this time. He was very unwelcoming.

This is the location at the corner of main and west 2nd. Itās 2:45 pm on the 29th of October. The woman who waited on me was rude. I asked for 2 cups of water. She charged me for bottled water. I asked her for cups for the fountain water. She was insulting and refused. Said she would have to charge me all over again. What is wrong with people? They want a paycheck but act like they donāt want you there! Iām very unhappy about being treated so badly! Go yo the other ones! This location seems to have workers that have bad attitudes!

I went in and tried to use a coupon that I had was told that I couldnāt use it because my boyfriend who walked in with me was using a coupon for his order. We had two separate orders and weāre told we can only use one coupon so I told my Boyfriend to use his coupon and I would pay the full price. I found the cashier to be very rude, he accused me of yelling at him. I paid full price for my order. And my boyfriend used his coupon. Weāre unaware of the rule because they seen us walk in together. We couldn only use but one coupon I had never heard of This before.

The food was good, but I ordered my food for curbside delivery and the check in function was not working so I called and no one answered. I walked inside and said that I was here for a curbside delivery and one of the employees said āyou just needed to check inā and I explained that I tried to. The employee then handed me my food and I said āI am supposed to have a drinkā and the employee said in the fridge. I found them very rude and unhelpful. And in the end did not get the chips I had ordered with my food.

The night crew isn't as good as thw morning/lunch crew. I got bad spinach, asked for more mayo on one of my sandwiches not more lettuce but the lady added more lettuce. My sadwhixh had way to much lettuce.

I donāt usually do reviews on fast food spots but I just had to shout out the whole crew at this location :) itās right by my house so I go here often enough. Everyone who works here is super friendly, and always happy to help. Even when I am picking up DoorDash orders they make sure to always acknowledge me right away and let me know whatās going on with any orders Iām waiting for.

I had a previous poor experience with Gabriel (?) where he did not listen to what I wanted then made rude remarks. Today we entered the store and he was the only one there. I pointed at him and asked if he was going to listen and make the sandwich we wanted. He exclaimed ādonāt point at me , I am not a childā. He then refused to serve us so we left.
This person should not be employed by your store as he is rude, disrespectful and confrontational.
The ladies that normally are at the store are very good.
We will not be returning.

I have been told this 2nd Street location is locally owned by a single person and it shows! Every time I go in itās super clean, the staff is happy and greeting me. I love that they take time to prepare your sandwich correctly. The bread has never been disappointing. I drive across town to come here and itās worth it.
We went to subway on 2nd st in roswell nm. I was greeted with sarcasm and a rude staff member. I found a finger nail in my sandwich. I was refunded my money only to be attact again by the same person. As we were leaving. He banned us from going back to this location. We don't plan on going back. My husband heard me asking him what his problem with me was.. he said we needed to throw the trash. I had already taken the food I was eating back to him. I told my husband to leave his meal there so they could show management that the 2nd meal was also not eaten. He then told my husband that he would meet him outside. Words were exchanged . He took pictures of our vehicle and said the video was recording.well I hope they look at it. I'll meet with district manager or store manager anytime. Employees need to be better trained at customer service and respect of people.
