This casino has some workers that are less than friendly. Also, their Black Friday promotion did not deliver what was promised. Dishonest practices are not what I expect from casinos that I choose to gamble in. Beware

Do not come to this casino. They are liars about promotions. For Black Friday, they said the first 100 people would get $25 of free play. When we got to the casino and were in the first 100 people, they changed it to members only. The ads, flyers and Facebook posts did not say anything about needing to be a member to get the free play. the Facebook post also stated $50 of free play, which was not true either. Dishonesty in a casino is not a casino for me. Will not be back to this casino and will go to casino Apache or inn of the mountain gods from now on. On top of the dishonesty, an employee was very rude about it. Do NOT recommend.

Waited in line for the Black Friday promotion for $50 in free play (advertised on Facebook). Got in line at 9:50 and once we entered got a slip for only $25 in free play. Once I went up I was told that the offer was only valid for members even though there was nowhere on the promotion stating that. The staff here made us feel unwanted and were dismissive. One employee even called my two aunts “terrible” and “needs the world to revolve around them” for just wanting what was advertised?

Wasn’t the worst Casino I’ve been to! No alcohol which really sucked and the smoking room was really small with very few machines to play. It wasn’t bad but the chances of me going back is slim at best!

The dining room very scenic, wish we came here during horse racing time. The outside has places to bet, a small bar and a performing stage. The food was a little overcooked but good tasting. The service was haphazard, we didn't get our silverware till after we got our food. Our server Pretzel tried her best, very friendly and full of good information about the area. The casino was ok we broke even. They do have military discount.

We had seats reserved and the fire broke out. The races were canceled but the money for our seats were not refundable. We live 4 hours away. I was am so sorry about the fire but it was over 400 dollars for all our seats. I love the horse races but this is pretty sorry to not refund our money

The building is falling apart and they are charging way to much for a mediocre experience.
Also invited tourists in after a natural disaster to make money for tge mayor instead of helping the hundreds of local homeless.
