Food and service, 10/10. Very nice and welcoming.
Funnel Cake was fresh and delicious. Crunchy and soft at the same time, don’t hesitate coming! Lemonade was also fresh and super delicious.
Popcorn was also really good!
Will be coming again when back in ruidoso!
The funnel cakes are amazing!! I highly suggest stopping there and getting one. It will take you back to the county fair and make you feel 12 again!

Pop’s Funnel Cakes is not just a gimmicky roadside food stand, but a serious take on the cuisine of Americana. The frito pie is beautifully cheesy with a rich bean sauce over crispy Fritos, and the funnel cake is incredibly fresh and doughy, coated with cinnamon and powdered sugar. The strawberry lemonade is magic. Everything ordered—funnel cake, snow cone, and kettle corn—was delicious and fresh, hitting the sweet tooth. The place is lit up like a carnival and can be seen from I-70 across from Walmart in Ruidoso. It is a fun little place, family friendly, and reminds of a carnival food booth. The couple working was friendly and patient, and a charming older gentleman, assumed to be Pop, greeted customers. This is a must every time in Ruidoso, an amazing experience essentially a state fair crammed into three stalls.
