I had a great experience at Denny’s! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. It’s always nice to go somewhere you can count on for good service and a great meal. Highly recommend stopping by!

Wife ordered carry out online. When I arrived they said they didn't have an item; ok, fine. Ask them to make it the same way just with the ingredients they had; no problem. Then they tell me they don't have the Red Skin Potatoes, so they subbed for fries. I am mildly irritated because the red skins were more than the fries. They forgot her orange juice. And if all else, her pancakes were torn up and topped with fruits to just cover it up. I am very understanding...but they were not busy, not a soul; and I only got 14 fries...yes I counted.

I ordered the Philly steak omelette and it's was just mostly eggs and veggies and 4 small pieces of meat 2 of which were mostly gristle. I woulda ordered a burger if I had known there be little to no edible meat and the hash browns were a wee bit undercooked, pretty busy when we went in for only one server but she got to it and we were in and out in 30 or 40 minutes not to bad just wish the omelette was actually worth the $18

I’m a regular at this Denny’s, and I truly love the food and the atmosphere here. It’s always been a place I enjoy coming back to, but lately I’ve noticed some really positive changes. The cleanliness has improved a lot, and it’s clear there’s been a strong, positive shift in management. you can feel the difference in how the restaurant is run and cared for.
Ruidoso is known for having very harsh water, which I know can be a challenge for many businesses in the area, not just this one. I’m hopeful the city can help address that eventually, because despite that challenge, this Denny’s is clearly excelling and continuing to improve.
Overall, the staff works hard, I've noticed a lot of new faces in here that bring a lot of positive energy in. The food is consistently good, and it’s great to see the progress being made. I’m happy to be a regular here and highly recommend it to both locals and visitors. I'd have to say the best servers I've seen there are Maya and Steven. The new server Rae and Kathy are doing great. They really try to make you feel like family there. I have seen them open the door and help a gentleman in the restaurant almost daily. He always sits by himself but the staff always comes up and talks with him make sure that he's getting to his car okay in assisting him with what he needs. That in my eyes speaks volumes for the employees and leadership here. They're going out of their way to make sure an older gentleman is taken care of and not alone while

The food was extremely burnt and took long to serve the food and was cold. The service was alright but some cups you could see that they were dirty and the silverware as well. There was a few workers so it was understandable but you couldn’t even eat some of the food cause of how burnt it was so we had to scrape the side that wasn’t burnt of the pancakes. But, they did take off those from our check so that was a good part of the experience, and some people were served before us but it’s alright.

This place has really gone downhill as far as service. The food is still great here but the service is almost non-existent. After getting our order, the waitress only bothered to stop by our table once. Forget getting the check. We had to go ask for it and then stand in line for over 20 minutes just to pay. We have NEVER had to wait that long at any dine-in restaurant to be able to pay the bill. If a zero star was possible, that's exactly what the service rating would be.

Kathy is a great waiter. They are understaffed and are doing their best. Line cooks aren’t paying attention and we got so much extra food due to them just cooking and not reading tickets. Will come back because of Kathy!

Me and my husband had gone for breakfast..as soon as we sat down the waiter already had an attitude with us..I just brushed it off didn't think anything of it cause we all have bad days...we orderd our food as we had just begun to eat... when the waiter brings me the ticket to pay...I asked her don't we pay after we finish just in case I wanted something else...she gave me a look and walked away never in my life did I feel humiliated...bad service never again.
The food was good and Greg was very attentive and sweet with my kids.
Overall a great experience!
