The Ruidoso manager was excellent! And very helpful!!
We went on January 3, 2025 to the Ruidoso, NM branch, we had terrible service, they threw away the things you asked for, they spoke badly to you. I would not return to that branch.

First, it was only one blond waiter (he was nice) but first thing he said to us was “I will attend you all after this table because they arrived first”💀. Then, we waited almost an hour for our food. I ordered French Toast and they were Black like this “⚫️” and the eggs that i had looked like bird p00p, the pork sausages were burn on a side, but mweh i was hungry so i ate them because i was not gonna wait another hour to get my order right. My grandma ordered spoons and the waiter came to us with spoons and said “They are still wet because they just came out of the dishwasher”😭i mean, they were clean (i hope) lol. But yeah, not great service or food😗

It took the waitress about 10 minutes to bring our drinks after waiting a long while for her to get our drink order. Then it took us an hour and a half to get our food. The place looked dirty, and the silverware and cups were so stained that they looked dirty. Service was horrible, the only thing good was the food when it finally came out.

I was just browsing looking for the hours. It says twenty four hours but I can't get through on the phone to confirm.
I tried calling late last night and no answer. But I just want to say somebody mentioned that the service was slow and the planning was bad at the restaurant and they waited fifteen minutes for a table but that is pretty standard in this area - especially at one of the busiest times of the year. Considering wait times at other restaurants may be over an hour I think Julian's recent comment was petty.
Also fyi in all restaurants here are not paid the minimum wage.
You are going to get what you pay for.
Anybody should be grateful for any service whatsoever from any waitress, they work very hard and barely make any money. It's not a matter of planning.
Also a lot of people lost their homes in this community and many of the workers had to move away or have been displaced so before people put comments like this, they should think about all of the hardships a lot of the staff/workers have gone through in this community in recent months.
A 15 minute wait at the busiest time of the year is really pretty trivial. I don't know how many restaurants Julian has been to, but apparently they haven't ever had to wait for a table and usually the restaurants where you do not wait the food is not so good - so it's a paradox.
It is a shame that we cannot get through on the telephone. But again, I do not blame the management it is just they probably may not even be aware of it because it seems like they have a new kind of phone system.
And after all of the problems with the flooding right at their doorstep I am glad they're even in business at this moment.
Bad experience, 15 minutes to be sited, only one waitress to charge, serve tables etc., bad management, by not planning correctly.

December 28, 2024. 7:30 p.m. We came in waiting to be seated and no one came. A blond male waiter passed us coming in and ignored us completely. Never came to say anything! Not a "We'll be right with you" NOTHING! I work in the restaurant industry and I hate the way I was treated, especially since we were right in front of them. So freaking mad so we walked out and we they still didn't even apologized ugh

They need more employees, they can't keep up, the tables are still dirty with plates and food left uncollected.

The employees did what they could. But this is the 3rd or 4th time of come by. It's always severely understaffed. Poorly managed is a soft way of putting it. I would 1 star everything. But it's not fair they don't have the help they need.

Nikki was a great Server for it to be busy. My compliments to the Cooks Greg and Stephen, the food was fulling and good.

With only 2 servers, 1 cook (server and cashier as well) and 1 dishwasher, a group of 13 and the rest of us, I can say Wow..
The service was welcoming, and the food was amazing, with the presentation of my plate being so appetizing.
Our server Steve was calming, helpful, and had a positive vibe.
Thank you so much Steve, our dinning was amazing, ate it all..
