I took my family here for a dine in experience and was massively disappointed! The service was HORRIBLE. Servers were RUDE! The table, filthy. I wonder when the last time was they cleaned underneath the plastic guard. Our food was brought out at different times, and the kids were fed LAST. They had quesadillas, come on! Kids should always be fed first…. Since I waited to eat until my children had been served, my food was soggy and COLD. HORRIBLE!!! I was amazed to see the servers asking some people how the food was, and how they were, but we weren’t asked anything or greeted at all, almost as if we weren’t welcome! We did get a lot of nasty looks too! There are huge racial issues here. HUGE. For a place that relies on tourism, that’s a death sentence. Shame on those servers for treating my children that way, while being nice to others. It’s really disgusting and shameful, GROW UP! I’ll never spend another dime here. These people just don’t deserve my money. (Or anyone else’s) What a disgrace. It really just blew my mind. 😡🤯

Went there today for late lunch ,,, first time,,, we are from Deep South Texas . Had the #-1 plate and it was great,,,,,the chips and salsa were great, place is very clean, very prompt service,,,, we will be coming back to try other meals on the menu,,,,

Fabulous SW style Mexican food! Loved the salsa which tasted fresh and just right spicy. We all had the red sauce so I can’t comment on the green, but all 4 of us loved our meals. It’s a toss up between cheese or beef enchiladas for me, but I definitely recommend the shredded beef over the asada. I prefer a smoother enchilada, and the steak while chopped, still dropped out of the tortilla.
Prices are absurdly good but you can see that by looking at the menu.

I’ve been going to Jorge’s for several years. The food is always good, but this review is not about the food. This is about the service.! Many times I just call an order and pick it up, my complaint is the wait time at the window. When I order to go, it’s between 3-4 pm. The waitstaff just ignore the window like it’s inconvenient for them. They look right at you every time they walk by and no one comes to the window. Today I waited 12 minutes and saw three different waitstaff look right at me. Finally, someone came, she asked me what I ordered, She brought my order and told me how much it would be, and I handed her the money. She then proceeded to wait on another table before bringing me my change. So another five minutes goes by. Now I’ve been there 17 minutes, My food is now cold, but she made sure that her table inside the restaurant got their food right out of the kitchen. I have ALWAYS tipped at window service! This was my last visit. You just lost a very good customer.
