“Today was probably the BEST experience I've had with KFC! I ordered online almost immediately before I got to the store, pulled through the drive through, and it was ready practically instantly. Everything was hot and fresh, their new cheese curds were spot on, and the biscuits were soft, fluffy, and fresh! The customer service was quick and friendly too. When I called to check on it, Ron was honest about how backed up they were and was incredibly courteous. We decided to pick up our order instead, and despite how hectic things were, the team remained friendly, professional, and genuinely apologetic for the delay.
