The employees are answering the phone, then talking very rude and loud about the customer, arguing with each other, saying they should be glad they came in. I get it, there is 12 inches of snow here. But they really should not be talking like that with the store full of people. Terrible image, makes us wonder how they are going to make our food.

Domino's was overwhelmed with orders on election day and my order and others were a little late in coming out. Katie managed the customers in the store waiting and the irrate customers on the phone very professionally and kind. They all did very well even being short-staffed.

I inadvertently sent a pizza order to the Ruidoso restaurant. I was not in Ruidoso and by the time I realized my mistake, the tracker said it was baking. I didn’t want it to go to waste, so I called the restaurant and asked them to give the pizza away. They thanked me for the call and said they would. Later that evening, to my surprise, I received an email saying that they canceled my order and refunded my money. This was totally unexpected. Thank you.
