Hatch New MexiGo Grill is a twist on Classic favourites for your grab and go Mexican influenced treats. I love everything I have ever eaten from here! When I’m back in Ruidoso, it will be my first fill up! Thanks for all of your yummy food with a side of love, Chris and Bret! Fabulous concept!
We wandered into the Hatch Chili World store while wandering around Ruidoso. We were drawn to the back of the store by a wall menu that listed sweet empanadas. We each got one, delicious. But before we walked out with our cherry cheese and apple green chile empanadas, I asked about lemons I saw halved and filled with what looked like some type of cream. Yes! We ordered takeout from here and everything was PERFECT. You can tell they take pride in their food and know flavor! We had the chicken tacos, fried picadillo tacos, chips and dips and chicken and Hatch empanada. All was amazing and we loved all the different salsas we got to try. (There was a nice, medium verde salsa, Medium red and a super hot one- loved them all) Looking forward to trying more items next time. (And Horchata drink!)

At Hatch New MexiGo Grill, the breakfast burritos and brisket tacos are amazing. The breakfast taco is the best ever, and the empanadas (apple and cherry) are absolutely amazing. A burrito with beans, brisket, sauteed onion, and green hatch chile is also delicious. Brisket flautas and the quesadilla brisket green chile cheese and grilled onions are tasty. The Hatch green chili sauce that comes with the brisket tacos is addictive. Brisket and prime rib sliders are messy but the best meal in Ruidoso. The food is great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Staff are friendly, smile, and knowledgeable. Service is great and the experience is always good. A must try for anyone visiting Ruidoso.
