Worst experience I've ever had at this sonic. The chili cheese dog tasted terrible, and the hot dog was grayish. The tater tots were old, hard, and soaked in grease, as were my husband's onion rings. His burger was a mess but somewhat edible. Th only good things we received were the drinks, but even then, they weren't the size ordered. Because we took the food home, all of mine went in the trash, as did the onion rings. What a waste of money.

The car hop pocketed my change after bringing my order and walked away. We called after her to ask for napkins, she ignored us multiple times. Sadly, I would have given her a great tip had she not stolen the change I was owed. Ridiculous, childish, and well... Kind of illegal. Theft is theft!

Sonic is sonic tasty burgers, French toast sticks ? anytime of the day . Drinks lots of differant flavors to chose from and ice cream !Even better when you get the Munchies . Service is always good . Don't forget to tip the gal bringing you your order show some appreciation they work hard for You !

This Sonic either needs a complete revamp, or to be shut down. The wait times are ridiculous, the drive through and the stalls are rarely open at the same time and the food is absolutely disgusting!! I got a burger from there a few months ago and the buns were literally burt black. Even the cups smell like grease. It has been like this for years now. I gave it a few months and went back today...hasn't changed a bit! Definitely never ever going there again.?

employees were rude when ordering the food messed up my order when paying the food they were giving us attitude because the car machine didn't work and we didn't know got home got to my burger my burger was fully loaded with mayonnaise to the point where the mayonnaise was leaking from the burger poor customer service

Worst sonic I’ve been to. Wait times are ridiculous! And since when do they get to pick and choose when to open stalls, drive thru, and online orders. This is one store corporate NEEDS to look into. Went by today, and one of the employees had stolen one of the other employees money. Guess we can kind of guess why the service is so poor. They’re too focused on eating & stealing! That new GM needs to get it together. Sterling would never allow this!

Ordered thru the mobile app 10 minutes prior to arriving. Pulled into a stall and entered stall number in. The screen read "in the kitchen" for 25 minutes before we gave up and pressed the red button. An employee quickly and aggressively responded with "stalls are closed. Use the drive thru." That would have been nice to know upon arriving... So we get in the drive thru line and wait another 25 minutes for 4 drinks. And this was after my husband went to the kitchen door and was ignored by all staff members. Safe to say we will not be back.

Do NOT waste your time here. Management is horrible. We ordered on the app, got to the stall, put in our stall number, and then watched as the screen said "in the kitchen"...for 30 minutes. After waiting, we pressed the red button, only for the employee to say, "Our stalls are closed, use the drive thru" (a 20 minute wait at this point). We pressed the red button again to ask if the mobile order is ready so we wouldn't have to go through the drive thru, but the employee got on the mic, tersely said, "Stalls are closed," talked over us, and then hung up. If we hadn't pressed the button, they would've let us wait at the stall forever. That's not a staffing issue; that's a management issue. Complete disregard for their customers. Unless you have an hour to spare, don't bother coming here.

This Sonic has had it's pull up slots closed for way too long. As a local, it is not a place I go as often as I used to. I placed an order on the app, and when I got there, I was unable to check in. I called inside to check in, and the guy who answered the phone did not ask the name for the order, and before I could tell him, he hung up on me. We waited outside for about 20 minutes, and other app orders were delivered. We had to holler at a car hop and ask for our order. Don't leave a tip on the app like I did. Was very unhappy, but it was too late.The manager, Sterling, and Sonic corporate offices need to do a better job

Onion rings way over cooked generally their fairly decent but not so much today..and prices are overly high for the price the food should and needs to be better quality n not over cooked ...not to mention the popcorn chicken hard n unbeatable....
