I had the worst experience and was insulted bye and employee named jay he said fowl language to me on an issue he has nothing to do with I was talking to the Sam after explaining that I have been waiting for more than 20 min for a order I had paid for already that they messed up on . Sam was helping me and in that process jay comes in and started being rude and I ignored him after that he started saying fowl language Do not go to this taco belll they have no respect for customers and they let them insult u for messing up on an order this has to be reported I hope corporate contacts me soon This is unacceptable….

My mom and I were traveling, and we stopped so she could use the bathroom. I didn’t need to go, but my mom did. As she walked toward the entrance, I saw a woman rush to the door and lock it the moment she noticed my mom. I don’t know what kind of sick joke that was, but why on earth did it happen? No one came to the door to explain anything. There were customers inside. I even saw a family walk in, yet my mom wasn’t allowed in. I clearly saw a blonde female employee lock the door.

When I called, I could barely hear them, and they never justified why my Black mother wasn’t allowed in the store, while everyone else was. That’s disgusting and rude behavior. I’m reporting this entire store and reaching out to upper management after I’m done writing this review. They claim paying customers are allowed to use the bathroom. So what kind of sick joke is this? I hope you re train them and get them fire. This is racially motivated at its finest. If you are a black person coming to Taco Bell, please beware of this store. They are disgusting and racist to do that to an elder. I saw with my own eyes that my mother was denied entry because of racial discrimination. Not only it caused me massive distress, but disappointment.

Ridiculously fed up with this location. Every time I’ve been there in the last five months my orders have been made wrong. I even tell them at the window “this is an add on, not a swap. I want both items how they are ordered” still they remove items it comes with because I add items on. I can understand this happening once or twice but it’s every time I order. Half the time I order online, they’re not even open because staff didn’t show up, or they don’t have items that show available in the app, example:steak. I’ve given this place chance after chance and I’m finally fed up. Will not be returning.

Lobby hasn't been open for months and my husband and I tried to pick something up last week but they said they were having electrical problems meanwhile the menu sign was lit and the outside lights were lit and so were the lobby lights.

This location is sporadically open for inside dining. We use to stop here several times a month but they have lost our business due to being insufficiently staffed. Sad days indeed! Hope management can make some changes and bring it back the way it used to be.
