The fried chicken was under-cooked,the stringbeans were raw and it was an embarrassment to take someone as our guest. Never again.0
We were a table of four for a birthday dinner. Everything was excellent. The food was prepared perfectly and presented beautifully. The fried chicken was crispy and tender — a nice sized portion. The duck was tasty as well as the cassoulet. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Well worth going for a nice meal.
Food was great. Service was lousy. Entree's were not sent out together...mine was forgotten all together. So I just went home hungry since the rest of the party was done. It was literally a piece of Salmon. Ordered Oysters and were told to use our salad forks. Then the server brought smaller forks for mussel entrees. Very Strange Night.
One of the meals was inedible. The waiter didn't respond positively to that information. No accommodation to deduct meal. Very expensive for overall dining experience.
Out of town work collogues came into town and we picked this restaurant based on its location being close to our offices and the Hotel where everyone was staying out. We had a table of 6 and our server was very knowledgeable and energetic, she explained we were still in the happy hour time frame and sold us on the oysters on the half shell. They were delicious a must have, also the wines by the glass, and cocktails were a lovely way to start the evening. Our charcuterie board of both meats and cheese was the perfect size, salads, entrees were amazing so much so that we had no room for dessert. This place will be on our list of awesome dinner places in Santa Fe to bring out of town guests.
I enjoyed my Chicken Pot pie. Truly sorry I didn't get the Key Lime pie for dessert. I left my hat on Saturday night. They were closed on Sunday and Monday. I called on Tuesday before I left town about my cap. Some employee answered the phone at told me the restaurant didn't open until 4. She said she had my cap and texted me the address to pick it up. She went to a lot of trouble and in my haste to get on the road I didn't thank her properly. I am truly sorry for not paying attention to expressing my thanks for the trouble she went to get me my cap.
315 is a very nice restaurant with an interesting menu. The food is very good and the service is very pleasant and professional.
Restaurant Week special menu was great and had several gluten free options. You could also order off the regular menu

We had a lovely dinner. I wouldn’t say it’s the most exceptional French restaurant, but there were some nice surprises. The fried chicken was good, not great but was tender. The mussels were delicious, especially the sauce. The raclette appetiser was fairly good, different to other raclettes I’ve had. The dessert (molten cake) was served cold and a little too rich. For the price it was pretty good. Service was great.

My daughter and her husband dined at 315 Restaurant in Santa Fe while celebrating their honeymoon, expecting an elegant meal befitting such a special occasion. Unfortunately, their experience was anything but. After their meal, my daughter became violently ill, exhibiting symptoms consistent with food poisoning. Rather than addressing the matter with professionalism or accountability, the owner, Louis Moskow, dismissed her symptoms by claiming she must have suddenly developed a seafood allergy—a baseless, unprofessional, and frankly insulting response.
The aftermath of this incident was devastating. My daughter and her husband were forced to delay their return home, incurring over $2,000 in additional costs due to extending their stay at the Ritz Carlton. What should have been the conclusion of a joyous occasion was marred by illness, financial loss, and an appalling lack of customer care.
Restaurants of this caliber should hold themselves to the highest standards of food safety and guest satisfaction. Regrettably, 315 Restaurant fell shockingly short on both fronts. If you value your health, your time, and your hard-earned money, I urge you to think twice before dining here. No amount of ambiance or presentation can compensate for an establishment that fails to prioritize the well-being of its patrons.

Great Christmas Eve dinner. Prix fixe, but all the courses had ample choices and everything was absolutely delicious. Our server, Johnny "on the spot" was just the right kind of attentive with a perfect attitude. Extensive and high quality wine selection.

Delicious dinner and dialed in service - this was one of our favorite meals in Santa Fe. The scallops, cassoulet and steak were all prepared perfectly.
We were hesitant to bring our baby with us to dinner, but the staff made us so comfortable and they were very kind. I was pleasantly surprised there was a high chair available and they strategically sat us in the back room which I appreciated very much!

I have been here a few times now and love the ambiance. Great wine list and fresh oysters daily! We have also had fabulous service each time. As for food, in my experience I would recommend sticking to the appetizers. My entrees have just been "ok". The cheese plate is fabulous, generous, and well priced plus the foi gras is divine.

Visiting Santa Fe from the one and only, original 315 in Upstate New York, we felt compelled to try the New Mexican 315. We were so happy we did! We sat at the bar and were warmly greeted by Riley (bartender) and regulars. Fresh oysters and happy hour cocktails started us off. The duck was delicious, as was the burger. A new friend shared dessert with us. We'll definitely come back next time we're in town!
