Dinner party with 11 from the Santa Fe Foodies group, once again, everyone was blown away by the food and service. We had an excellent pre-fix menu, French Onion Soup or Caesar salad (my wife and I tried one each), both were superb. Steak Frites was to die for; perfectly cooked medium-rare, with a char on the outside and great seasoning. Frites were thin, super crispy, and the judge of great fries; zero need for ketchup. My wife had the grilled Branzino, which was outstanding. Minor flaw in the Pots de Crème: a bit overcooked and not as smooth, but with great chocolate flavor. The Tiramisu wasn't 'classic' but super yummy. Service was perfection from Zach. Easily one of the top 3-5 Restaurants in this town filled with great Restaurants.

This could be my new favorite Santa Fe restaurant. Everything was excellent. Wine list, food, service, especially the oysters and Fisherman's stew). Thank you!

We had a delicious meal last night and 315 may be our new favorite spot in Santa Fe! We will be back, maybe next week!

The bread was stale. The potatoes were burnt. My Branzino was not flavorful. My husband ordered shrimp fra diavolo and it came covered with cheese. It is not traditionally served with cheese and it was not mentioned on menu and he cannot eat dairy. He had to send it back.

315 Wine is one of our favorite restaurants. The good and service is always excellent and we like that the restaurant has a quiet relaxing atmosphere.

From the reviews and from my experience last week, it seems the food is very uneven. On the plus side, the oysters were terrific. Hooray. My companions enjoyed the fried chicken, the pork chop and (I think) the salmon. In tasting each, none of these seemed notable. On the downside, I had the fisherman's stew which was one of the most bizarre seafood dishes I've had in 50+ years of dining out on both sides of the Atlantic. While the broth had decent flavor, it was basically a bowl full of chopped and sliced radishes(???!) with a few pieces of seafood. In preparing some dishes, perhaps sticking closer to tradition might be a wiser choice. Strange and expensive. I'd return for oyster happy hour . . .

Staff called to confirm we wanted the patio and that was appreciated. Jason our waiter was fun and knowledgeable about the menu. Charming atmosphere.

The menu is not overwhelming but checks all the boxes. We shared the fried chicken , next time I will order the mussels. The service is very good , whomever comes by picks up plates, refills water brings the check. Will be back

We got to 315 frequently, and last night was even better than usual. We had out of town guests with us, not as familiar with the food as we are, and they also found some great things off the menu. Fun all around!

The food was over priced and when we ordered the Fisherman or Skippers Stew, it cost $42 for a bowl of soup and when they served it, it was cold and we had to send it back. When they brought it out a 2nd time, it was warm but not hot. We found the restaraunt to be a bit of a disappointment.

Amazing meal. Trout Rilette, Chanterelle & Leek Crêpes, Duck Leg Confit, Fisherman's Stew, Cavatelli and Fruit Crisp were all delicious. Had a bottle of Pinot Blanc from Alsace and a 1/2 btl of Gigondas from the Rhone. I really love it when restaurants have a decent selection of 1/2 btls. As we were 3 and it was a week night, two bottles would have been too much.
Service was spot on and it is a beautiful restaurant. Will be back!

The fried chicken was pink in the middle- scary! This has happened twice before when we ordered the chicken. They should do a simple chicken breast dish- fried chicken is not their forte.

The food and service were excellent! I had the most delicious and fresh green salad that I've had in a long time!
