Coffee did not have a lot of nuance. Fine to get your fix, but not a smooth flavor profile. Bitter flavor with a strong acidity and medium body. Service was excellent and coffee was quick.
By far, my favorite place to get coffee in Santa Fe! They’re always super friendly, coffee is delicious with some really cool combinations, Posas burritos, and pastries from Angels… What more could you ask for? Also, dog treats, so do yourself a favor and go get your morning coffee from the nicest place in town… Plus, if you’re old, you can relive the glory

Dave welcomes us every time we take a field trip to the library! After selecting books, we look forward to crossing the street and practicing real-life transactions with Dave and his staff. We arrive with 8-10 students, and I always know that no one will be turned down for a drink. He is kind, generous, and patient. Give the Mud Hut a try!
