My first experience at Agapao was great! Josh had amazing energy and enthusiasm and did a fine job with making my ‘Honey Rose Latte.’ I added vanilla and requested for it to not be too sweet. It was PERFECT! in all honesty the wait time was the equivalent of you walking into any physical brick and mortar establishment.
Coffee did not have a lot of nuance. Fine to get your fix, but not a smooth flavor profile. Bitter flavor with a strong acidity and medium body. Service was excellent and coffee was quick.
By far, my favorite place to get coffee in Santa Fe! They’re always super friendly, coffee is delicious with some really cool combinations, Posas burritos, and pastries from Angels… What more could you ask for? Also, dog treats, so do yourself a favor and go get your morning coffee from the nicest place in town… Plus, if you’re old, you can relive the glory
days of driving through the Fotomat!!
