We had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant on our recent visit to New Mexico from Phoenix, AZ!
As vegans, we are always in search of vegan food offerings on our travels. The food was delicious, we had a samosa to start, then I had the delicious dosa with lentil soup, the sauces were so flavorful and enhanced the dishes so well, and my partner had the vegetable stir fry with tofu and rice noodles! It was all SO GOOD, we ate almost everything, as with the generous...
At Annapurna’s World Vegetarian Cafe I ordered the Falafel, but they only have a wrap, so I asked if they could make a sandwich
they agreed and attempted to make one for me but it was not too great.
I would NOT agree to their suggestion of cheese again on a falafel sandwich again
overall the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I like that you can see into the kitchen too

Love this place so much!! There were so many options, best vegan options in Santa Fe. much of the menu was also gluten free or could be gluten free. I loved getting a fresh coconut to drink as well!
