Love this place so much!! There were so many options, best vegan options in Santa Fe. much of the menu was also gluten free or could be gluten free. I loved getting a fresh coconut to drink as well!
I love this place have u ever tried to make a dosa I have and it did not come.close to the tangy version at Annapurna, the masala dosa tastes so good the veges taste fresh and wonderfully cooked I don't view this as an Indian restaurant it is Ayurvedic and has some items to please the westerners. The staff has always been pleasant when I'm there, and it is very informal it reminds me of the old school vegetarian scene back in the 60's just good home cooked, interesting,...

they agreed and attempted to make one for me but it was not too great.
I would NOT agree to their suggestion of cheese again on a falafel sandwich again
overall the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I like that you can see into the kitchen too
