Had to wait 45 minutes, then someone came to see if we needed anything. We didn't even get to order. If your goal was unhappy customers and low mediocrity levels then you certainly met that goal.

Smelled like a truck stop bathroom when we first walked in and the food was not at all what I remembered. Safe to say I'm not going to Applebee's anymore. It used to be my favorite. My sons didn't even touch their food but I couldn't blame them. The chicken strips look like dried out leftovers and a medium rare burger was just dry. My wife had a breaded chicken sandwich that she couldn't bite into. Just disappointing. We just ended up stopping for food on our way home.

The service was mediocre and left much to be desired. The waiter always acted arrogant and when we ordered dessert, he brought us a triple chocolate meltdown with the ice cream completely melted. Even so, we let him know so he could give us another one and he laughed at us, telling us that it had melted on the way from the kitchen to the table.

Why is this place closing down at 10 pm . We come here to eat not to have the closing manager close when he wants . What a waste of management. Is it possible to eat good food here.
