What is up with the understaffing issue extending weeks now ?

Got a scoop of what must have been a bad batch of mint chocolate chip, there was just no flavoring. I had others taste it to confirm. The person working wouldn't swap it out and didn't care it had no flavor, so just threw it away and wasted the money.

My wife and I stopped here at this baskin robbins at about 2:30 pm today to get some ice cream. My wife usually gets a scoop of mint chocolate and a scoop of chocolate chip. The girl there was scraping the bottom of ice cream bucket to make a scoop of mint chocolate . They did not have that much of a selection. The tables, floors and restroom were dirty.. This place needs cleanliness and to stock on ice cream.

What kind of manager would leave this poor guy here with 25 people on line in the middle of the day, with no support staff? A hero who will get a big tip but this establishment needs to take serious inventory of their business practices.

I placed an online order, and from the moment I arrived to pick it up, the customer service was terrible. The employees were inefficient. Apparently, there was an “error” that caused my order not to appear in their system (I showed them the order number, and the address of that location was clearly listed on the receipt). Not only did they fail to prepare the order I paid for, but they also did NOT issue a refund.
I asked if there was a number I could call to request a refund or at least speak to a manager who could help me. They said nothing.

I placed an order online, I paid and everything and when I went to pick it up they told me that they couldn't help me that they didn't have my order and that they couldn't do anything, so then they accept that you place orders online and then they don't give you anything? This is a robbery!! Terrible service I wasted my time and my money very badly!

Showed up 10 minutes to closing. Open sign was on. Got out of the car and an employee came and slammed the door in my face and turned off the open sign. I’m wouldn’t go here they don’t want customers.
Although the store needs a remodel, the employees at this location are always friendly. Great selection of flavors, as always. Ice cream is served up with a smile every time.

Our daughter absolutely loved her silly monster cake for her birthday! The oreo ice cream and chocolate cake pair perfectly together. The cake was so cute and the perfect size for all of us. They even wrote a nice birthday message inside the box.

Very unhappy dasher! I walk in just to get ignored! I tell them I have a Door Dash only to be told the order isnt there! This place needs to train their employees to acknowledge people instead of making them stand there! I won't be coming back here for orders
