Although the store needs a remodel, the employees at this location are always friendly. Great selection of flavors, as always. Ice cream is served up with a smile every time.

Our daughter absolutely loved her silly monster cake for her birthday! The oreo ice cream and chocolate cake pair perfectly together. The cake was so cute and the perfect size for all of us. They even wrote a nice birthday message inside the box.

Very unhappy dasher! I walk in just to get ignored! I tell them I have a Door Dash only to be told the order isnt there! This place needs to train their employees to acknowledge people instead of making them stand there! I won't be coming back here for orders

Staff was fast and courteous, even with a full and non-stop lobby. Yummy ice cream at a good price.
Definitely will be driving more to get better service and a full scoop of ice cream. Came to Baskin Robins for a sundae treat. What I got was a sad excuse. The scoops not real scoops and the service was even worse. The girl that helped was not welcoming or nice. I suggest others go to Baskin Robins 1841 Cerrillos road, there you will be treated kindly and get the scoop you deserve. Attached is my scoop of strawberry ice cream.. I can fit it on their spoon.

Very friendly and fast staff. Eager to help the customer pick a flavor. Thank you for the suggestion of vanilla for my Chihuahua. Will be making it a regular stop for summer. My dog enjoyed every last drop of vanilla icecream!!!

My grandchildren and I went in this evening and had decent sized order. The employee (didn’t see a name tag) took his sweet time getting it to us. As we were sitting outside eating, the kids saw him drop a cup on the floor and his co-worker (a young lady) picked it up and placed it back in the stack. The three youngest needed to use the restroom and asked the young man if they could use the restroom. He told them they could go out by the dumpster in the back. The young man was the thin young man. All of the employees needed to wash their uniforms also.We will never return to this BR ever again after what we witnessed and experienced.
