***Updating review - still incredible Barbacoa tacos!! No sign on truck so can be a little hard to find but they are one of the only trucks to the right of the O’Reilly auto shop. They were open Sunday afternoon at 12 when we went. $8 for 4 tacos, can’t get a better deal than that.Best barbacoa tacos. Discovered them after seeing them mentioned in Santa Fe New Mexican newspaper
