Very bad service don't want to take any responsibility for your order taken correctly by IA and send incorrectly to their store plus they never answer their phone if you want to speak to a live person. The woman making the orders is so rude.

Absolutely terrible service every single time I have ordered over the course of 10 years. I have often been given only part of my order, or my order was not correct. The food is greasy and bland, and so is the interior of the restaurant. Literally sticky tables. The service is abysmal, they are not pleasant or even pretending to be happy to see you. They never apologize for their obvious mistakes, even when they mess up your order. Today the cashier only gave me half of my order and didn't know how to use the register.
I sincerely do not understand how this business has remained open.

Shout out to the staff here who waited on us. They were nice and thats about all i can say for this place. I hate giving bad reviews but this place was nasty. The floors and the tables were just ...I don't know what to say. Flies were bad too. This chain is usually really good not sure what's up. Service was good but we won't be back to this location.

Placed a mobile order, came in to pick it up and there's a long line of people waiting to order. No separate area for pickup of already placed orders, okay. I wait for about ten minutes and the line is NOT moving, so I flag down an employee who is off to the side talking to another employee and doesn't seem to see the line of folks. I tell her I'm here for a to go order, and she says that I need to continue to wait in line. Sadly, there is only one young man working the register and he seems flustered and stressed. So I told her to just cancel the order, I wasn't gonna wait. She rolled her eyes at me and handed me the bag (begrudgingly). I then asked about the drink that they forgot and all of them just sort of shrugged and ignored me. Will not go back, Blake's seems to have passed its peak and is now on the downside.

Lightly toasted the breakfast burrito. Hash browns were also slightly crispy. All around ON point.

Stopped by here on the way to the airport as people have raved about this restaurant. My burger was burnt and so dry that even covering it in ketchup and green chili you could taste the dry couldn't save it. The season fries were good, the chicken was moist and the onion rings were as expected. The green chil isn't spicy at all but still good. The restaurant was dirty and staff customer service was bare minimum.
