They NEVER put any chili on the burritos. They dont even bother putting extra sauce on the side even tho u paid for extra

It's frustrating putting an online order and have to go and wait in line for others to order. Isn't the point of online ordering to make it convenient to pick up? Especially when other employees are standing around staring at you waiting. Expecting the employee at the register to place orders, get drinks, answer phones, make shakes and help customers. I constantly have to waite 15 minutes to pick up mummy online order. You really should look to changing your process.

Placed 2 separate orders and both were wrong. I drove 15 minutes home to find out I was missing items. When I returned they were certain everything was right and would not replace or refund me. After arguing they only decided to replace a couple items so I gave my money for free. Such a shame because there food is delicious and I won’t be returning.

Placed an online order, Showed up at restaurant 10 minutes after. There is no separate line to pick up your order. Wait 20 minutes in line to get my food, my order was wrong and it was cold. Will never go back. Worse is that some employees were just standing around while only one person worked at the register.

Very bad service don't want to take any responsibility for your order taken correctly by IA and send incorrectly to their store plus they never answer their phone if you want to speak to a live person. The woman making the orders is so rude.

Absolutely terrible service every single time I have ordered over the course of 10 years. I have often been given only part of my order, or my order was not correct. The food is greasy and bland, and so is the interior of the restaurant. Literally sticky tables. The service is abysmal, they are not pleasant or even pretending to be happy to see you. They never apologize for their obvious mistakes, even when they mess up your order. Today the cashier only gave me half of my order and didn't know how to use the register.
I sincerely do not understand how this business has remained open.

Shout out to the staff here who waited on us. They were nice and thats about all i can say for this place. I hate giving bad reviews but this place was nasty. The floors and the tables were just ...I don't know what to say. Flies were bad too. This chain is usually really good not sure what's up. Service was good but we won't be back to this location.
