Estella made me the best Blake’s burger I’ve ever had. In fact, probably the best fast-food burger of my life. As we all know, blake’s locations can vary with food quality, but this one is near the top.

My #3 burrito was terrible. The tortilla was cold and it had no taste whatsoever. It was about as good as a microwave breakfast burrito. Your cooks should learn from the Blake's in Moriarty. They have the best!

Absolutely horrible. Had heard so much about Blake’s burgers (were from Ct) I finally tried the newly built one in Sante Fe today. YUCK. The service was mid but the burgers were formed patties, dry. Brown lettuce, old onions and tiny curled up pickles. We threw the burgers right in the trash. It won’t break the business but Blake’s won’t get be getting my money again.

The food was good, affordable. Considering it's not a chain. What more could you ask for than a person who just spent 6 hours on the road? Looking for a quick bite to eat
I grew up eating lotaburgers for over 50 yrs. Best burgers in town. Now for the most part of getting a lotaburger meal at the cerrillos rd location. The food is great. The customer service is not. I went in today. Only customer in the store. Employees standing around and I places my order. I stood there awaiting my order and noticed it was made and ready. The older lady there nods her head to wait and not call my number out that its ready. Waits a couple of minutes and nods at the new employee telling her to go ahead and call my number. I only shake my head and walk away seeing how they are training there new employee how to pick out there customers. I do go 3 to 4 times a week there. When you see the employees favorites walk and get greeted with a smile and fast service. And you morning burrito packed and wrapped ready to eat. Compared to your burrito just thrown together and not wrapped tightly when the insides ingredients are falling out. And not just once or twice. Not even because it's busy and it's not busy. And to teach your new employees who to cater to and not. I did speak to t h e regional manager regarding this behavior with the employees at the lotaburger site. Obviously nothing was done. Or if it was. Then Obviously the employees could care less. I'm not prejudice nor races. But when you come from another country to work here. Remember, us locals are like family. I will takes this to the top to get some stuff resolved one way or another. So if the regional manager does read this. You know who I am.

Good, not great. Best part about it was the recommendation to mix cherry and chocolate for the shake 🫨 🤤 the seasoned fried weren’t too seasoned and the burger didn’t have too much flavor. Seems like something easy enough to fix. Their service was very good.

I ordered a breakfast sausage burrito with green chile. The whole burrito was cold and the cheese did not even melt. The chile didn't even taste like chile. Disappointed I still paid 10 bucks.
