Hadn’t eaten here in over 5 years. I figured they had to of improved by now. It somehow has gone further downhill. They couldn’t even fry fries properly. -Bland burger -uncooked fries -missing burger

I am getting highly disappointed by this location recently as of yesterday morning a little after 10 am.I ordered a Xmas smothered Carne adovada and not only do I feel it was overpriced but it is completely unsatisfactory to usual lotaburger standards that I should expect especially with the price skyrocketing.There was barely any chile on it at all and they just threw shredded cheese on there without melting it.I am very unsatisfied and uncertain if this lotaburger deserves my business any more.They need to pick up better

Waste of time, and didn’t get to eat. Stood in line for 20 minutes behind some church group. There was a good amount of them already eating off to the side then another 20 or so show up and instead of being respectful to those that have been waiting and have limited time for lunch, they’re allowed to cut in front of everyone!! A couple of us protested but were ignored. As a local and regular I feel disrespected by this El Paso church group & the staff at lotaburger. The second group should’ve gone to the back of the line. I’m out of time, hungry and irritated, thanks!!

Downtown Santa Fe - Rosario # 19. Still as good as the first time over 40 years ago at this location.
This drive-up counter is old-school deliciousness just waiting for you. They sell the most iconic green chili cheeseburger available, have fries that are on-point, and great milkshakes too. This is what good roadside food used to be and still is at Lotaburger.
Furthermore, this is an historic location that served generations of students at St. Catherine Indian School and was notably one of the only 'excuses' for being late back from town - 'My lotaburger took too long' - as everyone understood you couldn't rush perfection - and the good Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament would allow a small amount of tardiness for this, but it might cost you some fries!

I guess they don’t sell bean burritos anymore. I went there to get one today on February 8, 2025 at 10 AM and I asked for a bean burrito with bacon and they gave me a breakfast burrito instead which I did not ask for.

Best Blake's we've eaten at by far! Hot, fresh and friendly! We will be stopping in for a quick bite any time we're that way, and feel like grabbing some burgers and fries!
