This will be the last time I spend money at Lotaburger. The quality has really declined since they reopened. The burgers are always cold, and this last experience the fries were awful—they tasted like they’d been sitting around for two days and then microwaved( Not to mention I ordered seasoned fries, but was given a mix of regular and seasoned fries) The fries were dry, chewy, and had no crunch at all. Clearly old and reheated food. Do not waste your money.

Another business shot to hell. I was overcharge and when Management was confronted about overcharge they refused a refund. Make sure your checking what you are being charged. Someone likes to pocket paying customers money. Explains why this part of NM can't keep any type of new business open for more than short period of time. Bad management is bad for business.

Called in order, order should be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, had to wait another 15 minutes there was a long line in the drive thru. By the time I got my food is was cold, fries were dry and hard, onion ring were hard and burger was ok. Very disappointed. The new set up for Blake's sucks. I would've rather waited that long for an In/Out burger, at least your food is hot and delicious. It wasn't worth the $30. Two thumbs down.

Shakira doesn’t know her breakfast menu. We asked for 2 # 5’s with bacon and Christmas and she put in for sausage. And we had to repeat it twice to her and she still put in for sausage! Please check on her. Sucks ?
