Blue Corn Cafe is a cozy spot with nice decor and great craft beers. The queso appetizer was delicious, but there were some mix-ups with orders. Despite the small mishaps, the food was good, especially the birria which was perfectly spicy and delicious. The staff works hard to provide excellent service, and although there were some flaws, they are dedicated to improving. Friendly servers and tasty food make it a fantastic place worth returning to soon.
