We were the only ones in line and the staff were nice, at first... Two staff members decided that instead of making our drinks, they needed to fuss with the tv. The third staff member stood there looking at us. We watched 4 or 5 more families come up and place orders. The one that was standing there started to make a drink as slow as she humanly could. She took 10 minutes to make a polar baby..for the 5th person who ordered. Twenty minutes went by and the two playing with the tvs gave up. The girl who ordered the polar baby came back because the third staff member spent 10 minutes making her order wrong. The other two finally started helping with orders and the 4 people behind us all got their drinks first. We finally got ours after 32 minutes. One of our 3 drinks was made almost correctly. The other 2 were completely wrong. Our peach tea tastes like a sour lemon. Our taro is a spicy strawberry sludge thing with kiwi gobi. The blondie was supposed to be over ice and they made it a smoothie but at least the flavors are correct. This used to be one of the best boba places but they obviously don't care about customer service or quality...
Service has been bad for the second time

This was an online order and when I arrived at the pickup time they weren’t even open yet because the worker was late. I ended up waiting about 30 mins. There was also a hair in my drink. (See picture) Otherwise their drinks are usually good.

Pretty good flavor on the taro bubble tea. Probably the thickest/creamiest bubble tea I've ever had.

Kona Coffee was delicious but I noticed this location either undercooks their boba or over cooks it. It’s always tough to chew through. The Albuquerque locations always cook it just right and they have that nice boba texture.
Overpriced boba tea. Inside a mall. Not much traffic, so the boba itself didn’t taste fresh.

I'm only giving 3 because of the drinks. I ordered 2 drinks and asked the kid with the mushroom haircut for a drink carrier, and he huffed and nearly threw it at me. Sorry but this employee needs to learn basic customer service. If it wasn't for his rude attitude, I'd rate 5 stars . do better
My daughter loves this place but the service is bad they made our drink wrong gave me a dirty look when I told them and poured the incorrect drink in a new cup and gave it to us. The taste of the drink is good but service is not.

I was craving for boba tea and bumped into this in the mall. I always get taro slushie with boba. It was good, not as sweet as other milk teas. The service was fast and they let me modified it.

Always good, quick and awesome service, and great flavors!
It's pure excitement when I visit. I am a happy customer. Great customer service and the wait is not long at all.
