This was an online order and when I arrived at the pickup time they weren’t even open yet because the worker was late. I ended up waiting about 30 mins. There was also a hair in my drink. (See picture) Otherwise their drinks are usually good.

Pretty good flavor on the taro bubble tea. Probably the thickest/creamiest bubble tea I've ever had.

Overpriced boba tea. Inside a mall. Not much traffic, so the boba itself didn’t taste fresh.

While walking back to the exit in the Santa Fe Place Mall on 6/14/2023, I remembered the long drive ahead for me and the need for a refreshment. The Boba Tea Company had a huge line, but it diminished quickly even with one employee doing all the hustling. I opted for the Tokyo Rose which was white tea with two scoops of gobi strawberry ($6.43). It had quite a bit of those strawberry popping bobas. Was fairly sweet.Service was blazing fast with a straightforward attitude. Parents of younger kiddos: they play explicit pop/hip-hop music here.RATING BREAKDOWNMy Tea: 3.5 | Service: 4 | Ambiance: 3 | Price: 3

I'm only giving 3 because of the drinks. I ordered 2 drinks and asked the kid with the mushroom haircut for a drink carrier, and he huffed and nearly threw it at me. Sorry but this employee needs to learn basic customer service. If it wasn't for his rude attitude, I'd rate 5 stars . do better

My daughter loves this place but the service is bad they made our drink wrong gave me a dirty look when I told them and poured the incorrect drink in a new cup and gave it to us. The taste of the drink is good but service is not.

Kona Coffee was delicious but I noticed this location either undercooks their boba or over cooks it. It’s always tough to chew through. The Albuquerque locations always cook it just right and they have that nice boba texture.

My initial reaction to this place was the menu seemed intimidating but after getting over your choice fatigue it isn't half bad. Not the greatest by any mark but alright if you need a boba fix while shopping in the mall.

Service here is hit or miss. I like that they have a large menu with lots of options. My favorites are the traditional Thai iced tea and coffee menu. It's in the mall so the line can get long but when staffed they move quickly.

I was craving for boba tea and bumped into this in the mall. I always get taro slushie with boba. It was good, not as sweet as other milk teas. The service was fast and they let me modified it.

Solid tea place for Santa Fe. I got the Thai Iced Tea milk tea. Boba is a bit chewey here. Don't feel the need to get half sweet, it's not as sweet as other boba shops. Very fast service. Would go back

Maybe outside of Santa Fe it would be a 4, but they have a solid boba! And am happy to have discovered them.

I love Boba Tea BUT they haven't been making it the same. The last 3 times my family and I have gone they are watered down and not as flavorful as they are supposed to be. Pretty annoying, these drinks are not cheap. Not to mention a lot of the staff has become rude and snotty.?
