Food is incredible and wait time is impeccable. I’ve always gotten my order within 10 minutes of placing an order. Food is super fresh, always delicious, & fairly affordable for a quick, veggie-forward, nutritious lunch in Santa Fe (which is a lot to ask in this town).

I’m not sure what on the menu is actually vegetarian, as I’m pretty sure there’s fish sauce in most things. Would be awesome to see a vegetarian indicator on the menu.. But I’m not the strictest of vegetarians & typically don’t question it. Would recommend the tofu pad Thai & the tofu green curry. I’ve also had the spring rolls & tom yum and can highly recommend those as well! Grateful that Bo’s is so centrally located downtown, quick, affordable, & delicious!

I was visiting Santa Fe and, as someone who's Thai, I was really craving Thai food. Bo's Authentic Thai took care of that right away The food was comforting, tasty, and exactly what I needed. Khob Khun Krab

★☆☆☆☆ 1-Star Thai Food Review

This meal was a major letdown and definitely not honest, authentic Thai cuisine. The curry was completely lacking in flavor—watery, bland, and missing the rich spices and depth that real Thai food is known for. It tasted more like a generic sauce than any kind of proper Thai curry.

The use of frozen vegetables was obvious and disappointing, giving the dish a mushy texture instead of the fresh, vibrant feel you expect. To make things worse, there was very little chicken and only a few vegetables in the entire entrée, making the portion feel cheap and thrown together.

For the price, the amount and quality of the food simply aren’t worth it. Overall, this was not real Thai food, not authentic, and not something I’d ever order again. ★☆☆☆☆ Please remember, your food won’t be the portion that they show in the photos

Easily the worst Thai food I’ve had. I ordered drunken noodles and green curry, my go to order at any Thai restaurant and something I’ve had at probably over 100 restaurants.

The drunken noodles were cooked to a decent texture but the sauce was very one-note (just soy sauce and more salt), the chicken was visibly dried out, and the veggies had an unpleasant taste and texture. You could tell the veg had never seen a frying pan- just steamed, previously frozen veggies dumped in on top.

The green curry was incredibly flavorless. It didn’t smell like curry, look like curry, or taste like curry. I kept trying to find a hint of flavor, but found nothing except salt and a bit of chili. Maybe it was mostly watered coconut milk? The same dried out chicken was dumped in along with the rest of the bag of steamed, frozen vegetables. I think the veggies must have spent more time in the sauce during my five minute walk home than they did simmering in a pan.

2 stars and not 1 because it was pretty quick and the portions were decent. I am not one to waste food but 50% of this meal ended up unfinished and the in the trash. And only that much was eaten because it was already on my plate.

The food is pretty good.
I ordered sitting rolls and Pad Thai chicken, spicy. The woman taking the order looked at me skeptically, understandable, given I'm an older white guy. So after my (mild) food arrived, I added some heat from the spice tray, and all was good
The truck is one of a group of food trucks near a shaded gravel area with picnic tables.
The service is place your order, wait for your name to be called and go pick it up (though I did see the proprietor carry an order out to a larger group in the gravel area).
The sitting area was clean, with a good amount of shade. I was comfortable despite the 85F (30C) temperature.

The best Thai food in Santa Fe and a terrific option for vegans and vegetarians. I always order one of the curries. I think they do a wonderful job with the green and red. My only criticism is sometimes with the curries I feel I’m given a smaller portion of tofu than usual. I’m also not a huge fan of the iced coffee—it is incredibly sweet. The mango sticky rice on the other hand is very well balanced!

Excellent, warm, and comforting curry. I felt like crap so I wanted a hot soupy dish to make myself feel better. The green curry brought me back to life. It was both hot(temp) and hot(spicy), but I did think it could be spicier. The fish cakes were really good too! It was all very worth the money.

OMG, I dream of Thai food this delicious. It was reminiscent of a Thai place back home that was divine and when the owners sold it, it was never the same. This was that good and better. Perfect green curry and with green beans! My favorite, also perfectly cooked. Mild was perfectly spicy. Did I mention perfect? Oh and the Thai coffee and Thai tea, yup perfect. Must try. And no, no pictures of the food, it was gone by the time we reviewed it. 🤣🤣🤣

Quite possibly the best Thai food I've ever had. The veggies in the green curry were perfectly cooked, still crunchy and the chicken was incredibly tender. Bravo Bo!!!

The food here is amazing. Anytime I need a pick me up. I come here and eat, the service is always quick and polite, the food is always hot and ready within minutes So there's never really too much of a weight unless there's a line. Everything always tastes absolutely delicious.
I wish they would open an actual restaurant.
Where you could dine in and enjoy their food. My husband and I usually eat here 2 to 3 times a month in the fall.
