The Thai fried rice was salty and wet and doesn’t have any flavor of fried rice. Haven’t tried anything else. Good luck.

Delicious food! We were visiting from out of town and stopped by this food truck and the food was amazing! Very delicious and authentic. We would definitely come back if we are ever in Santa Fe again. The food was so good I forgot to take a photo before I began but 10/10 would recommend. We did have to eat in our car since this is take out only, it is a food truck!

Exceptional food. Always cooked just right. It may be take out but it is much better than 95% of the restaurants in Santa Fe.

Very spicy (in the best possible way)! Really happy to find a place in Santa Fe that seasons food appropriately and well (I always order the hottest option). Only had very good customer service there as well. I always enjoy picking up food here.Wheelchair accessibility: The location is in a gravel lot so that may provide some challenges for people with certain mobility restrictions but otherwise it is very accessible.

We got the green curry, pad see ew, and Tom kha and the Tom kha was our favorite. While it only had mushrooms and the protein, the flavor was incredible. As for the pad see ew I wished there had been a little bit more of a char on the noodles. It lacked in seasoning a bit, but their fish sauce with chilies helped. My husband got the green curry which again didn’t have the strong flavor we are used to. We were really craving Thai food and this place filled a void, but left a little to be desired.

Best take out Pad Thai in Santa Fe. I love that they will make it mild, medium, or spicy.

Delicious food truck experience. Perfect place for a quick bite at lunch. The Pad See Ew with vegetables was tasty. If you like ground pork, you have to go for the Laab Moo- a delicious mix of spice, onion, and lime. Highly recommended!

I had such high hopes from all the other reviews but I felt like I was misled. If this is the best Thai food this area has, then I feel really sorry for all you folks who haven't had better Thai food. It's a cute food truck, but the pad see ew was so one-note. It only tasted of dark soy sauce, like noodles you'd make at home if you had no other sauces--no complexity at all. No wok hei on the noodles either :( Honestly, I think it may have been the worst pad see ew I've had, which I know is harsh, but I was super disappointed.I hate to rate it so low but it definitely could've been better! I hope their other dishes are tastier.

Only had a little time to stop and grab something quick. The shu Mai dumplings are hands down some of the best I've had. Sorry no Pic cos I ate em. I will be back keep up the good work. ? ?

FYI they are open until 6:30pm many days! The hours here are old and out of date. Call them to ask!

Pleasantly surprised by great Thai food in Santa Fe! They even had more authentic Thai items like papaya salad and larb on the menu. Service is fast and friendly, and the Thai iced tea was a sweet treat on a hot summer day. My only gripe is that it’s take out only as it’s a food truck. I would love to have them branch out to a restaurant in the future for more dinner options in Santa Fe.
