The food and service was way beyond excellent. This place cannot get good enough reviews! We were looking for a good local pizza place while on vacation and we definitely found it!
We're locals who've had too many bad experiences at this place to ever go back. It all started when we asked nicely if we could leave fliers for our club, which in no way competes with Restoration. They said sure, and after doing this enough times to count on both hands, we figured out they were throwing them in the trash. That is beyond despicable--it'd be like if we walked into their kitchen and threw away their pizza ingredients. When we confronted them about this, a gal apologized and offered a beer, plus the number of a manager who never returned my call. So it's a safe guess nothing changed and this is just business as usual for them. We tried them once more a couple weeks ago, sat there ignored for 30 minutes, then approached the only waiter who assured us he'd take our orders soon. 15 minutes later, he hadn't shown up, said a word, or even glanced in our direction. It wasn't even remotely crowded--what kind of restaurant worker is unable to wait a half-dozen tables? We have no idea what's wrong with this place, but their "customer service" is a joke and we're done wasting our time with them. Go across the street to Violet Crown for a pizza and you won't have to sit there for 45 minutes while the whole place ignores you.

I'm at a loss as to why this place exists. Being a huge fan of the ABQ location, please do not come into this location thinking you will get the service you received in ABQ.Not sure how they managed to have no IPA for 3 days in a row. Not sure why the pizza was as thin as it was. Not sure how they had exactly 2 meatballs.. it was not the same as ABQ at all. The meatball sandwich was normal compared to these two things. We all got incorrect soft drinks served lolIt seems like this store was closing? I hope it is. Terrible experience by far at a Bosque related establishment.

I have tried to have a beer here three times since moving to Santa Fe. Each time I’ve had to walk out after 30 minutes because I hadn’t even been spoken to. I’ve never had a place I avoid specifically because the service is so sub-par.

Walked in with my family and took 10 minutes just to get a welcome we will be right with you not friendly at all when we were finally seated waited 15 minutes with no service at all someone sat behind us and was helped right away so we just left. I have never been treated like that ever like we didn't have money to spend are because I had children very bad service

Ordered this place from DoorDash. They delayed our delivery 30 mins because a different order the dasher needed to take got screwed up. We ordered a large supreme pizza, pretzel bites, and a salad with additional large chicken. What we got was two random small pizzas, no pretzel bites, and the correct salad with a tiny cup of chicken for the $7 additional. Needless to say these wrong and delayed pizzas were dead cold. They jammed the pizzas into the boxes that didn’t fit. The crusts were tasteless cardboard. There was something inedible in the salad that nearly broke my wife’s tooth. Way overpriced and awful service.

Had an excellent experience at Restoration Pizza while I was visiting my family. I had to stop by for some brews to chase away the holiday blues. And It is definitely "The Spot" . I had an amazing bartender Alex who was very knowledgeable. Had me try the Santa's favorite home for beer! Amazing!& topped it off with pretzel bites with homemade green chile ranch! Absolutely delicious!!Great choices!! Definitely coming back next time & recommended to all my friends!! ♥️
The restaurant was packed and our server was busy but he never missed a beat and gave us the bestest service. The food was delicious and fresh and moderately priced. Location is unbeatable and beer selection is great. Will be back!

Came on a Sunday to the downtown location, was told by the manager that he had asked for the NFL ticket and was told "no". Big mistake, dead on a Sunday when they could be attracting a big football crowd. Great food, but I'll be heading to Boxcar on Sundays....
